Aperture |
The left picture is taken with a 7.1 aperture and the right is taken in 22 aperture. Aperture is a form of exposing light to the camera, the small the aperture i.e. 22 which is a small hole will give detail for a subject far away and a larger aperture i.e. 7.1 is a larger hole exposing more light to the camera and thus making a background more blurred and making a close up subject look much more detailed.
Shutter Speed
Shutter speed is what allows the amount of time the sensors are exposed to light. The first two pictures are a slow shutter speed at 8 Seconds and a wide aperture. The second picture is a fast shutter speed and wide aperture to capture a snapshot or quick action.
White balance
White balance is how the camera reacts to the light. Changing the white balance changes the color or tint of a picture where it can be a pure white, a blue white, or an orange-red color.
ISO
ISO is how the sensor in the camera reacts to light. There is a part of knowing how to measure the amount of external light and being able to compensate and react to that so you can properly expose a photo.
